Rustik Rooster Farms was honored to be in the cochon555 event in San Francisco. The debut of Iowa’s Swabian Hall was a big hit. With Chef Staffan Terje we beat out the other four Heritage pigs to become winners of the San Francisco Cochon555 2010.
